MANDATE
The
mandate of SHAILS Communication, as Service Provider for Global
Education, is to assist Canada's
universities in fulfilment of their commitment to integrating an international dimension
into their teaching, research and community service, in order
to improve the quality of higher education; to help position
Canada more strategically for a future shaped by an interdependent
world; and to support Canada's international development efforts.

Satellite Educational Television Production for ETHIOPIA
